Michael Monokian, DMD
Dr. Mike has been practicing dentistry since 2005 at the Temple Dental clinics and then as a Partner and Cosmetic Dentist at Monokian Family & Cosmetic Dentistry since 2007. Every day he is thankful that he chose to follow his passion to become a cosmetic dentist. He takes great pride in educating and treating patients so that they achieve supreme oral health, which in turn helps the overall health of the entire body.
Dr. Mike has always been extremely creative and when he realized he could take his creativity and harness it into doing cosmetic dentistry it sealed his fate. Being an innate perfectionist, dentistry is the perfect field for him. He loves to make the perfect smile for his patients; both esthetically and functionally.
As an accomplished dentist and member of New Jersey Dental Association's Peer Review committee, Dr. Mike is sought after by the dental community to lecture and train other Dentists and Specialists across the US. His expertise in Cosmetic Dentistry and Dental Occlusion, alongside his ability to explain complex dentistry in more simplified teachings, is paving the way for dentists across the US to perform high quality dentistry for their patients as well.

David Monokian, DDS
Having grown up around dental professionals, Dr. Dave was always interested in the art and science of creating smiles and maintaining good oral health. He has been practicing dentistry since 2003 when he started at the NYU Faculty Club Clinic. Two years later he became a partner and cosmetic dentist at Monokian Family & Cosmetic Dentistry. He is a member of the Peer Review committee of New Jersey Dental Association.
Dr. Dave enjoys being an integral part of his patients' positive dental experiences, and takes great pride in his work. His natural ability to calm and soothe during various dental procedures has patients continuing to trust in the care they receive.
When not in the office, Dr. Dave attends hundreds of hours of advanced continuing education - including Spear Education - which keeps him abreast of the current research and techniques needed to provide high quality dentistry. This has enabled him to do complex cosmetic procedures with a high degree of success. His patients appreciate the way he clearly explains even the most involved procedures, which in turn allows them to make confident decisions about their treatment.
Dr. Dave is an Elite Invisalign Provider, and particularly enjoys cosmetic dentistry, TMJ therapy, and implant procedures. His work and contributions to dentistry have been recognized by numerous associations, and he was recently elected President of the Southern Dental Society of New Jersey.

Harry Monokian, DMD
Dr. Harry has been practicing dentistry for 35 years. With a strong interest in the medical field, as well as working with his hands, he found that the dental profession suited him perfectly, right from the beginning. His passion to restore and maintain patients' dentition for their lifetimes continues to evolve every single day. He is considered one of the premier dentists in this region, and is Chairman of the Peer Review committee of New Jersey Dental Association.
